COVID-19 POLICIES

As of Dec 5th, Salons are closed until further notice!

My goal is to make sure our community's health and safety take precedence over beauty services.
I feel grateful for all my loyal and kind clientele that have been so amazing.

When open, here are the current policies that are in place:
*I WILL UPHOLD THE GUIDELINES PUT INTO PLACE BY THE
CALIFORNIA DEPT. OF COSMETOLOGY.
What The Salon and I are doing:

-I will not come to work if I am not feeling well.
-I will frequently wash/disinfect my hands.
-Sorry, no hugs or handshakes for a while. :(
-I will maintain Social Distancing, as much as possible.
-Until further notice: I will not be booking services for people who can't come alone. A.K.A children.
-Sad to say, but Justine will not be returning to the salon. It truly breaks my heart and I LOVE her so much.
-The salon will be kept as sanitary as possible, using a hospital grade disinfectant.
-We are forgoing refreshments at this time.
-There will be no magazines available.
-Before and after each client, the chairs and stations will be disinfected.
-Appointment times will be staggered to facilitate proper disinfecting and social distancing.
-We are staying current on all CDC and Cosmetology Board safety guidelines.


-What We Ask Of You (Our Clients):

-I highly encourage everyone to get COVID tested,*
just to make sure you're not asymptomatic.
*Not Mandatory
-If you have experienced any symptoms within 14 days of your appointment - you will need to reschedule.
-If you have been tested, please only schedule/reschedule
once you KNOW your results and they're negative.
-If there is a chance that you have been exposed to COVID and have not been tested or have not tested negative. Please Reschedule.
-Please continue to stay transparent and honest, that way I can waive cancellation fees due to COVID.
-There is still a 48 hour cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment (for reasons other than emergencies), please honor it to avoid a fee.


What To Expect At Your Appt:

-Wait in your car. TEXT when you arrive to check-in!
I will let you know when to come in.

-Please do not bring guests with you to your appt.
-Leave anything that you don't absolutely need in your car.  (Such as: backpacks, snacks, etc.) OK: Water bottles, phone and form of payment.
-Wear a face mask that covers your nose, mouth AND that goes around your ears. Keep in mind that there is a chance that it may get stained or covered in hair. I am not responsible for a damaged mask. 
(I recommend bringing an extra one for once you're done; if it gets wet)
-I will have disposable masks for you if needed.
-Upon my confirmation to come in; Unless you need to use the restroom, go directly to my salon suite.
-Wash your hands upon entry or use hand sanitizer.
-To streamline transactions, I may process your payment and schedule your next appointment while you're processing (if receiving a color treatment).
